About

Volunteers recognize firsthand that economic times are tough for many, and that some community members and their families are experiencing difficulty making ends meet. For the last 8 years Epiphany is able to sustain the kitchen with the help of volunteers.

What to expect.

Usually street parking is found within a block of the Church.

Go to the second floor, There is a book to sign in. A waiver sheet to complete. In the kitchen there is a closet for coats and belongings.

Alden Taylor over sees the kitchen, The cook is named Diamond, the dishwasher Bruce, is out recovering from surgery, so different folks are rooting in. There are usually volunteers from around the community as well.

Remember good hand hygiene.
There is a sink for frequent hand washing (warm soapy water for 30 + seconds),
always wear gloves when handling food and change gloves when moving to a new location or task.
When in doubt wash your hands and don gloves.

Everyone is friendly and approachable. Please ask questions and go at your own pace. Take care of your self and rest and drink water as needed.

Thank you so much your generous gift of time and energy.
