Boston Youth Wrestling (BYU) was founded in 2012 with the belief that -- through the sport of wrestling -- we can develop the traits and habits of success in the personal, academic, and athletic lives of youth of Boston. Our work is framed around teaching our wrestlers about healthy and positive relationships with their peers and adults, self-confidence, and a commitment to success in all aspects of life. Empowering our youth will make lasting change in our communities. BYU is looking for a Community Engagement & Development VISTA fellow who has a create mind and is resolution driven. This is a paid position hosted by Up2Us sports and Boston Youth Wrestling. The ideal candidate would be able to start the onboarding process as soon as possible!
