Partnership for Adult Learning (PAL) Tutor

In the last two weeks I worked with 2 of my learners (the 3rd was having trouble with illness unfortunately) -- we continued practicing drawing, reading (with word searches) spelling (with hangman), playing tic tac toe, sharing stories, and watching some of WWE.

couldn't have meetings last week because I was sick. Last week I spent an hour on prep (planning and gathering supplies, printing out templates, personal finance sheets, etc) and this week I had two different learners (the third learner was sick and couldn't come). My Tuesday morning learner and I did word searches and drew out comic book heroes (wrestlers). We also learned how to draw other things such as cats, turtles, superman, and monsters! My Tuesday afternoon learner and I also did word searches and drawing and practiced spelling with Hangman. We also played tic tac toe during a break. We had a lot of fun! Finally I spent an hour compiling pictures and drawings and made Starlogs for all three learners!
