Home to Hope (H2H) responds to homelessness and housing instability among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning (LGBTQQ) youth and young adults. The long-term project goal is to provide housing and a continuum of supportive services that will allow LGBTQQ youth to thrive and live independently. The current work addresses the need to provide support and advocacy services to LGBTQ youth and young adults (13-24) who are victims of violence through street outreach. While focused on engaging LGBTQ identified youth and young adults, the activities and services are extended to any homeless, street or runaway youth encountered.
