The Partnership seeks to build on Providence's creativity, collaboration, and connectivity by activating and democratizing its 112 neighborhood park spaces. We see the parks as platforms for access, equity, and social justice. P3 cultivates critical PARK-nerships with neighbors, community groups, local businesses, schools, and city government to activate and transform city parks.
