I went again with the outreach team on the Providence Southside route. We brought a lot of supplies such as food, snacks, waters, socks, hand warmers, emergency blankets, etc. It was a busy night, and we encountered a lot of people-- some who I had recognized from last week's route. It was an overall great experience; my team is amazing and I am excited to do outreach again next week!

I participated with HOPE Outreach and went on the Southside Route with my outreach team. We brought supplies with us as we walked down our route, stopping by to talk to people we saw on the way. We gave out lots of food, drinks, socks, and other basic supplies as mutual aid work. Meeting new people and engaging with them was such a great experience! I am looking forward to more outreach sessions in the future!

I learned more about the impact of HOPE in the Providence community and was able to freshen up on key aspects of my involvement with HOPE during my freshman year/

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and enjoyed meeting people that are often forgotten on Brown's campus.

It was amazing to learn from Project LETS about ways to protect yourself while doing this type of work. It made me reflect and begin to implement certain techniques.
