Attended various meetings with different community partners, began itree project, t-shirt design, helped solidify Green Team schedule and applicant hiring, finished worksheets and re-designed home sustainability checklist, among other things.
Worked with students, practiced decimals. Students improved speed and accuracy with converting word problems to fractions and fractions to decimals.

Underwent classroom training with Ms. Mariotti
Worked with same two students on math homework and reviewing previously turned in final drafts of stories about famous people. Consistent correct application/understanding of mathematical concepts improved but was a bit of a struggle at first.
First experience at William D'Bate; worked in Ms. Payan's classroom with two fourth grade students on homework. We worked with fractions, and I found that they learned better with visualizations different from those provided by their math worksheets (i.e. drawings vs number lines).
