Today was Olympics day. My supervisor organized the volunteers to help set up and assist during the event, while I worked on other logistical tasks during the day. We are reaching the half way point of the program. There are situations where teachers and volunteers are absent. It is important that I am flexible and are willing to adapt to the changing circumstances.

I also have become more comfortable in interacting with the students. I am also able to contact family members and treat students with basic injuries.
We are now entering week 3 of the program. Staff and teachers are more familiar with the schedule and have gradually gotten more comfortable in their positions.
