2 days off.
Researched and compiled material for and drafted the SC newsletter.
2 days off.
Another shorter week.
Assisted Brown Votes students with drafting election data survey; started compiling material for SC newsletter next week; researched for voter education guide.
Shorter week - a lot of newsletter work and communications around student awards.
Very low-key week.
Successes: no meetings, which provided for a good focus on work.
Aspirations: finish or close to finish several projects.
Successes: all ongoing projects, feeling proud to continue pushing for our civic engagement initiative
Challenges: remote working
Aspirations: hoping to move to PVD for the summer and further to feel more "connected" to the place and cause
Successes - continuous great relationship and collaboration with BrownVotes students; supported comms in numerous smaller tasks.
Challenges - remote work
Aspirations - fully take over SC newsletter, finish voter education guide, and update comms data
Successes: civic engagement is going well; I am more involved in the SC newsletter creation; keep working with my supervisor on improving strategies
Challenges: working remotely is getting more and more difficult
Aspirations: Start and progress in voter education guide
This week has been relatively slow and rather uneventful. I am focusing more on SC newsletter and its content and on pushing our voting initiative forward. Hoping next week will be a bit more upbeat.
Successes: Continuing networking and meeting with individuals regarding our voting education effort, brainstorming additional ideas, including HUG involvement
Challenges: time's not always on your side.
Aspirations: Be as efficient as possible in the next coming months.
